手把手教您如何正確使用溫控開關

1.接地方式：通過溫控開關金屬外蓋與設備接地金屬部件相連.
2.溫控開關應工作於空氣相對濕度不大於90%、無腐蝕性、可燃性氣體和導電塵埃存在的一般室內環境.
3.溫控開關采用接觸感溫時,應使其封蓋緊貼被控器具的發熱部位,並應在封蓋感溫表麵塗上導熱矽膠或其他性能類似的導熱介質.
4.溫控開關通過接觸液體或蒸汽感溫時,強烈建議采用不鏽鋼封蓋的產品,並應有可靠的防漏措施,以免液體滲到溫控開關絕緣部件上.
5.不可把封蓋頂部壓塌或使其變形,以免動作溫度改變或影響其他性能.
6.不得讓液體滲入溫控器內部,殼體必須避免受到過大的力以防止出現裂痕,殼體應保持清潔,防止導電物質汙染,以免因絕緣性能降低而發生短路擊穿.
7.使用過程不能折彎接線端子,否則將影響電氣連接的可靠性.
8.手動複位產品在複位時力量不可過大,以剛能按下複位柄為宜,一般應小於30N，以免損壞溫控開關內部結構.

caustic,flammable gas and conducting dust.
3.When the thermostat is used to sense the temperature of solid items,its cup should be clung to the
heating part of such items. Meanwhile,heat-conducting silicon grease,or other heat media of similar nature,
should be applied to the cup's surface.
4.If the thermostat is used to sense the temperature of liquids or steam,it is strongly
recommended to adopt a version with stainless-steeled cup.Moreover,cautious measures should be taken
to prevent liquids getting into/onto the thermostat's insulation parts.
5.The top of the cup must not be pressed to sink and the terminals must not be distorted,so as to avoid
adverse effect on the thermostat's temperature sensitivity or its other functions.
6.Liquids must be kept be out of the thermostat's inner part!
The base must avid any force that could lead to crack;if should be kept clear and away from the pollution of
electricsubstance to prevent insulation weakening that leads to short-circuited damages.
7.Terminals should not be inflected,or else,it will influence the dependability of electric connection.
8.the reset force against the rest handle of manual reset products should not be too large.lt is recommended to
less than 30N,so an to avoid damage to the internal structure of thermostat.
